HTC is at Smartphone with octa-core chipset Mediatek for 4K resolution ... - Inside-handy.de

HTC is probably more for some time on the decline within the smartphone industry. As the technology blog Mr Mad reports, the Taiwanese company aims to counteract the trend by strikes new paths. Rumor has it working on a new smartphone called HTC V1.

this phone would no longer sit at Przessor on the Snapdragon series of Qualcomm, but build in a new chip Mediatek. This is called MT6592 and consists of eight cores, a clock frequency of 2 GHz reach.
