Nokia expands patent dispute with HTC for the HTC One - ZDNet.de

Nokia has filed another patent lawsuit against HTC in the U.S. District Court for the Southern California in San Diego. The Finnish mobile phone manufacturer claims that the Taiwanese competitors to infringe three rights through its smartphones, including the flagship model HTC One counts. HTC is also concerned with the first, which was delivered as the first mobile phone with Facebook home – an app collection, which like its own user interface on Android sets.

“If we get the official document, HTC will consider all legal options to protect our rights,” said the Taiwanese manufacturer on the lawsuit filed in San Diego.
