few minutes ago, as part of the Google I / O keynote a Samsung Galaxy S4 with stock Android announced. From a tweet a HTC employee is now herauszulesen that this will not be the only current Google Experience device, but also the HTC One as Google Experience version might come out .

A major criticism of Android could soon belong to the past: the slow coasting updates for non-Nexus devices. After it was announced at the keynote at Google I / O that soon a Samsung Galaxy S4 with stock Android is released, Leigh Momii has her sign a founding member of HTC Dev program, published on Twitter following response to this announcement:

Translated, this means: One can therefore pay 649 for a piece of plastic with stock Android … or you can wait

.

This is clearly an allusion to the much higher build quality of the HTC one and thus indicated that even the currently best Android smartphone in the near future could come out in a Google Experience version.

Jeff Gordon, Senior Communications Manager at HTC Global Online has colleagues of Android and Me though just sent a message that says that HTC is not currently working on an edition of the HTC Nexus One – Nexus Edition, however, is not with Google Experience equate, as have devices like the G1 or Motorola Xoom shown. We therefore consider it very likely that we will see in the near future a HTC one with bunk Android. Moreover, it would not surprise us if other major manufacturers of Android smartphones like Sony or LG will also be coming soon with such versions of their top models around the corner.

Once there is more information about the release date or price of the Google Experience version of the HTC one, we will contact you immediately on notice.
