iPhone 5 and Galaxy S4 HTC One and Xperia Z to Lumia 920 and Optimus G: In the current smartphone camera is now one of the most important features. The best values ??at the measured resolution reach the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the Xperia Z – no big surprise, but they both have 13 megapixel sensors. The LG Optimus G with the same resolution falls behind from clear.

In good lighting conditions, the smartphones have fortunately hardly struggling with noise. Therefore, this topic is also in this “daylight-comparison test” is not as explosive. Only those who look closely and at high magnification, with many shots can make some noise even at low sensitivities.

Each

smartphone camera has its strengths and weaknesses. On the whole, however, the Galaxy S4 I like best. It provides clean and detailed photos. In addition, the dynamic range is very neat.

As already mentioned: the conditions under which we tested here correspond daylight. Therefore, no inference is it possible to propose how the various cameras in low light. In a near future following low-light test, the balance of power could reverse so quickly. If you shoot in daylight, but is likely to have already found his favorites.
