[Source: see gallery] The HTC one is officially only available with a customized version of Android that has been extended with the Sense user interface from HTC. Sense and also other enhancements, such as TouchWiz with the Galaxy S4, do offer some additional apps and an altered UI design, in the case of Android updates users but must often wait several weeks until the new version of Android for its own smartphone is available. With the Google Nexus series has long been smartphones, on which an unmodified Android running – updates are available virtually without great loss of time for these devices. On the I / O con ference Samsung and Google have now introduced a Galaxy S4, which is also delivered with vanilla Android, but apparently the Galaxy S4 will not be the only high-end smartphone with this unique feature.

Via Twitter has namely an HTC employee published a meaningful tweet, pointing to an imminent release a vanilla version of the HTC one. Analogously, is in the tweet that one is either now, meant for around 650 euro a piece of plastic here, obviously the Galaxy S4 can buy, or exercise in patience to be able to then buy a HTC one with vanilla Android can. HTC would suddenly rise to this action in the customer’s favor, if you would offer for experienced users, the vanilla version as a free update. The Galaxy S4 in the vanilla version must be purchased separately via Google Play viz. An update of the traditional Galaxy S4 seems currently impossible.

The HTC one is equipped with a 4.7-inch Bidschirm (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) equipped, the pixel density of 468 ppi is currently the highest in smartphones. Under the hood, HTC’s commitment to a brand new Snapdragon SoC 600 series. This has four cores and clocks in the new HTC One with 1.7 GHz.
