    All about Android 4.3

updates to Android 4.3: say Samsung, Sony & HTC While HTC’s and Samsung’s statements on Android 4.3 updates are meaningless PR blah, Sony has there something more to offer.

breakfast Google: Chrome cast, Android 4.3 and Nexus 7

Google Nexus 7: New and with plenty of power and pixels

New in Android 4.3: Bluetooth Smart, better 3D graphics & more

AirPlay competitor Google Chrome Cast on approach?

    Once

uses Google on an Android update, it is somewhat reminiscent of the story of “And Groundhog Day”: The network runs immediately full of questions and speculation over whether the devices from various manufacturers with an update be attentive to the new version. In the case of Android 4.3, which was announced yesterday, that is of course no different.

As always, the Nexus devices are preferred for an update. This is of course partly due to the fact that Google itself is behind the Nexus project. Secondly, the adjustment operating system overhead is significantly smaller, since these devices running on “pure Android” – there are no adjustments to surfaces, functions and drivers required

    .According to yesterday

owner of an old Nexus 7, a Nexus 4, Nexus one 10 and one for Galaxy Nexus should be successively supplied with the new update to Android 4.3.

Shortly thereafter follow the so-called Google Editions of Samsung Galaxy S4 and the HTC one. On these special variants of the two flagships namely the pure vanilla Android also runs instead of the proprietary interface TouchWiz or Sense.

devices that do not belong to the Nexus family, must – as always – once wait. HTC and Samsung have but at least can ever be known that we look at the new update. Exact update plans are certainly not.

colleagues of Go2android wonder – perhaps like many others – why HTC and Samsung are not the same with an update for their devices with custom ROM around the corner. The answer has been given to us in February at the MWC 2013 HTC Product Manager German Fabian Nappenbach. The update cycles are the manufacturers clearly tedious and cumbersome than you might think.

For all those who missed the insightful interview at that time, here the same again:
