After a few days ago against the HTC One and One mini in the UK to ban the sale was sought, Nokia has now also in Germany – successful action against HTC – from their perspective. The District Court of Munich decided in these days that a “series of HTC products,” Nokia’s patent EP 1246071, which deals with the USB functionality of mobile phones hurt.
