Ban on sales of the HTC one mini in United Kingdom - Voondo

From the 06 December one HTC One mini no longer be sold in the UK. Nokia was able to successfully obtain a ban on sales of the smartphone.

HTC’s commitment to One apparently mini microphone technology as a means for the Nokia has the corresponding patents. This was the reason for the successful enforcement of an injunction in this spring in Netherlands. At a sales ban it came so far there is not.

situation is completely different here in the UK, because there selling the HTC One mini is starting Friday no longer allowed. Around 750,000 smartphones is HTC have sold from January to September of this year in the UK alone.
