A week ago, reported first One Mini users from Eastern and Northern Europe that their smartphone with Android 4.3 aka Jelly Bean is supplied. Now HTC officially announces their say and confirmed the rollout of Android version 4.3, which is bundled with Sense 5.5. Sense 5.5
