HTC 7060: New, cheaper 5-inch smartphone on the march - Mobilegeeks

the Chinese telecoms regulator, a new 5-inch smartphone or phablet the Taiwanese manufacturer HTC has emerged, which probably will come at a cheaper price on the market with an over the HTC one and the HTC Butterfly slightly slimmed amenities. The phone carries far only the model name HTC 7060 or 7088 is not final for sure. Under the hood lies among other things, a quad-core processor.

The HTC 7060 or 7088 has a similar design to the HTC and HTC One Mini One, but apparently has a back made of plastic. The 5-inch display of the new smartphone releases on well with 1280 × 720 pixels. among other things by a MediaTek chip, or to the Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8225Q. Moreover, with two cameras (front) and eight (back) megapixel resolution of the question. Both models run on Android 4.1.2.

While the HTC 7060 is intended for European 3G networks, the HTC 7088 works only in conjunction with the Chinese TD-SCDMA standard. The different versions suggest to us that the device is intended primarily for the Chinese market – also because one of the devices clearly comes with China Mobile branding. In both cases, the thickness is specified as 10.3 mm and the weight of 145 grams. Apparently, there will again be here Beats Audio and two large speakers on the front. When and if the HTC 7060 comes to Germany remains to be seen. For now we must be satisfied with the images.
