The delivery of the update to Android Kitkat for HTC One, HTC Max One and HTC One Mini is imminent. This shows a compilation of an insider who knows more about update plans of the manufacturer for other smartphone models.

Accordingly, the Taiwanese manufacturer for all newer smartphone models of HTC One family – the HTC one, the HTC One Mini One and the HTC Max – between late January and mid-February, an update to Android 4.4.2 Kitkat with the user interface HTC Sense 5.5 deliver. The Kitkat update for the HTC one is already started a few days ago. But there is still no reports of users in Germany that they could install the new firmware already on your device. In the late summer or autumn HTC will offer another Android update for its current flagship smartphone, the one brings the HTC Sense interface in the new version 6.
Among the new features of Android Kitkat include a redesigned app launcher, a new dialer, improved touch feedback, a revised touch-to-focus feature on the camera menu, support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cloud printing and enhanced functionality of certain Google apps such as integrated SMS and MMS support for Google Hangouts. Android 4.4 Kitkat will also save battery power and requires less memory than, say, Android Jelly Bean.
